Sprint Ladder returns
The reintroduction of the Spa Sprint ladder saw some massive time improvements for the Spa swimmers in the 2nd event of the year. With previous times to beat, no-one was holding back in chasing there own PB's in an action packed evening.

Askern Spa at the DMASA Mets
Four Askern Spa swimmers came home from the recent DMASA Mets Individual Championships with a fantastic haul of medals.
Aimee Keefe, Rose Keefe, Louie Nightingale and Cohan Stephenson took home 18 medals between them and achieved 13 PB's in a superb day of swimming.
